tighten chain on Hustler?

Just got a Hustler from a friend. Started right up, but broke a chain link on the 2nd ride. Repaired chain, but it is too loose. It looks like there is some hardware on outside of rear wheel attachment to frame that could be tightener. Any help on how to tighten chain would be greatly appreciated.

DWD, you should have an eccentric on each side of rear axle...loosen axle nuts, rotate each eccentric to pull rear wheel back and tighten the chain, tighten axle nuts.....make sure sprockets are aligned and make sure chain is lubed
