So, my father has had a ruppster sitting behind his shed for many, many years, and I decided to get it out of storage and begin working on it. The frame is a little rusty and the body is in pretty bad repair, but I plan to eventually fix it. I am pretty sure the motor is blown and I would also like to either fix that or swap another in. I need to know some information about these things. I have done some searching and I can't come up with much information at all.
