silver cloud mini bike ?

hello every one. got a question, hoping some of you may know the answer to, has any one ever heard of a mini bike called
silver cloud ? it has a rupp motor in it, but the bike itself is bigger then a rupp roadster 2. here are some pics.

That is not a rupp at all the motor may be iv never herd of the silver could.
