69 Goat, just finished. NOS shortblock(H-50), correct engine tinwork, and ID #. Optional RARE[/b] Dellorto carb, straight pipe exhaust, crash bar, chain tensioner and speedo. NOS complete jackshaft with NOS 2 speed clutch assembly. NOS wheel castings, NOS cables, NOS brake shoes, NOS brake return springs. NOS frt. rim halves, NOS correct brake levers, NOS kickstand. Show chrome on ALL chrome parts! Urethane paint in CORRECT yellow as used in 69. All zinc plated parts were glass beaded and re-zinc plated. Note: kill button was not factory installed on a Goat. it is there for safety purposes only. Extra chroming that was done consists of: axles, axle nuts, wheel spacers, rear axle adjusters, 2 speed clutch drum, rear sprocket, and sprocket bolts.

This is a first class Job!!!!
I have just started mine, Looking for parts I have been watching Ebay and have contacted J&l. One thing I have not been able to find is a 22mm delorto like the one you used on your bike.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Goat is beautiful! I'd be afraid to get it dirty riding it. I'm working on a Sprint but cant get much info on this model. Any idea where I can find exploded views, rear brake hub (15239) & parts or a chain tensioner? The parts I need dont need to be new. Thanks, Chuck

BW, my Sprint still needs a tank, I bought it without one. Is there any other way to tell if it is '69 or '70? I'm looking for a tank at a reasonable price (that leaves E-Bay out). I got all the other parts and got it on the road 2 days ago. It's a great riding mini! Chuck

Chuck is the frame like the yellow Goat (69) above or is it a single tube(70) under gas tank?

Well I would like a 22 dellorto but my budget is getting thin... Chrome is costing way to much  but it will look just great.  I have a 24 mm flat slide Mikuni (new) that makes the big big come alive ;D But I would keep you in mind... Do you have any other parts Chain guard? Thanks -Mike- |
