All, My original jackshaft got messed up from a loose nut at the 2003 Minibike rally. I got a so-so temp replacement ( Thanks Mr Frutchey) but need another. Finding a good Jackshaft for Rupp's seems to be getting harder and harder. So...., my fellow min-biker is a CAD person (computer aided design) who also has a contact that has a CNC lathe. BIG QUESTION TO ALL, If I got these to people to make Jackshafts to the original measurements on a CNC machine (ensures accuracy and program is "save-able"), would anyone be interested in buying any??
And what Price?? The CNC guy said the material is fairly cheap, it's the machine time and setup/changeover time.
I basically need to know is it worth the effort. Most likely would sell them on Ebay with reserve set at my cost.
