Could be worse paint job. Did you see the one item that ended the other day. Someone was selling two Rupp's but reserve was not met. The seccond bike looked more original but was painted black and blue. If I can remember correctly, Wheels (rims, spokes and hubs too!!) and frame were black (looked brushed on). Tank and engine (TC clutch too) were odd shade of blue, also looked brushed on. My Rupp looks worse too, but it's just coming back to life and will look better/ more original.
