i have a rupp roadster, no papers, how can i get a chestle or whatever i need to get it street legal
do i need blinkers or use hands???

state regulations vary..............check with your state on required items for being street legal

i am getting a chestle, what else do i need?? will you get a licence plate or a sticker?? this is in iowa, do you need blinkers or just use hands??? do you need a brake light or just tail light??
