When I give full throttle my BW falls flat on its face. I'm pretty sure that it is the carburator but not sure if it to lean or to rich. I opened the high idle mixture 1 full turn and the idle mixture half a turn, I started the engine and give full throttle and turned the high speed mixture screw in 1/8 turn until it ran smooth at full throttle ( it was around 3/4 of a turn out after I was done). and did the same for the idle mixture screw. When I took it out for ride and gave it full throttle it fell flat on its face.
Does anyone know why this would happen?

Is there a filter on the fuel line. Not uncommon to get something plugging up the fuel line or needle and seat not allowing fuel to get to the engine. Needs a good cleaning probably.
