newby with '72 roadster project

Hi All,
Well I guess I just got bit with the Rupp Roadster 2 bug!
I bought a not to bad basket case with plenty of rust and some missing parts. It has the black frame and red tank/front fender and 12" wheels. original motor is missing the carb and intake.
The TC part that goes on the motor is gone but the frame mounted shaft and "driven" cluth is still there. Rusty rims may or may not be usable, they are pitted pretty baddly. but it is definatly restorable. So its time to get greasy! ;D

I forgot to ask if anyone has ideas on seat covers and pads???
also if this bike can be licensed or made street legal?

They can be licensed and steet legalized, I just bought a roadster2 basket case my self and it was licensed back in 1971! but it has to have a chestle
