Hello. I have I think a 70 roadster that I am fixing up. I can't figure out how to disassemble the rear spring assembly so I can clean it up and paint it. Can anyone help me out? Thanks

Well, I figured it out. Had to build a spring compressor and compress the spring and then I could unscrew the plastic part from the large end, remove a cross pin and it all came apart.
