Well I lost spark a few months back. No problem I went and bought new points and condensor. Now it's quit again. At first it would just quit, but you could get it stated again. Almost like it was starving for fuel. Now it's quit running altogether. Well there seems to be no spark again. But if you have your hand sittin on the motor while pulling the cord you feel a little bit of spark......both with the switch on or off. I'm hoping it's just a bad wire........and hoping it's not the coil.
Any Ideas anyone?

Coils are common to fail due to their age. They are a simple item to replace. Much easier than points. Did you make sure to set your points at .020" and make sure crank seal was not leaking to cause point contamination?
Before doing anything....disconnect your kill button and retry. Roadster2 models are prone to spider webs inside chrome cover of switch causing internitant running problems.
I have coils in stock if I can be of any assistance.

Andy, Also check wiring. I had a problem once where the kill wire coming out of the points coil unit got a little too close to the flywheel. It just barely touched and wore thru the plastic sheathing. And, it was after I changed points and condenser.
